Hollywood Food Coalition is an organization dedicated to nourishing the community by rescuing and distributing food, preparing nightly meals, and uniting efforts to achieve food equity.
We work to end food insecurity and build a stronger, more connected Los Angeles through food, care, and collective action. Our Exchange rescues high-quality food and redistributes it daily to grassroots nonprofits across the city, expanding access, reducing waste, and supporting communities too often left out of traditional food systems. At our nightly Dinner, we serve nourishing, chef-prepared meals 365 days of the year, offering not just sustenance but consistency, dignity, and human connection for those experiencing hunger or hardship. Here, our Wellness team connects guests with essential services like healthcare, hygiene, and housing, while we advocate for a stronger, more equitable safety net that reaches everyone.
