Nothing to do with multisport, just appreciating a master at work @johnryanhebert
We gotta line up a bike-run desert photo shoot adventure ASAP though.
Shooting is officially WRAPPED š¤ Film launches Mid-April, and the first screening is two days before Oceanside 70.3! It will be epic. I have to give a huge thanks to Castelli for being the first to sign on to support this passion project and for funding the first screening. Time to hit the editing room š«” details about launch date and additional screenings will be up on the TTL site soon! #lftwycft #TTLFilm #thattriathlonlife
Canāt decide which is the winner, but this set is at the top of my list of favorite things Iāve ever captured. First āshootā with a real, big-kid water housing and I feel like it paid for itself. Certainly in the satisfaction vs dollars sense. Shot at the Olympic Club in SF. #swimmingpool #swimbikerun #swimming
Been trying to nail this shot since 2016 when I was living in SD. Getting a little closer every year. Sunset would really slap if we could put off riding til 7pm two days before the race. #im703oceanside

Shot on @djiglobal Ronin 4D, the camera all the pros told me not to get #transitionfour #thattriathlonlife #filmmaking
Not sure why, but the coast range just fires the creative juices in a special way. For us to get to the beach, we have to cross both the Cascade Mountain Range and this, the Coast Range. The west side of the cascades and the coast range in particular, just feel like a completely different world than anything to the east. Itās impossible to grasp just how green everything you see is, without experiencing it in real life. Love this state. #thattriathlonlife #oregon
Back to the film! After a couple days to recover from the FKT, I caught a flight to Denver, and Nick and I got picked up by my cousin, @dr.dirtbagger to film the next scene in our big film project. Luke got third in the Leadman Challenge this past year, and is just an awesome human, so I couldnāt ask for a better trail guide and companion on this trip. Weāre exploring the mountains west of Golden, riding e-motos up to the Continental Divide trail, and running the highest terrain Iāve ever been in. Our entire run today was over 12,600 feet and just broke my brain with how many trails, traverses and linkups are possible up here. An absolute dreamland.
