Tomorrow! 💥💥 Transformative Repair is excited to announce the launch of a new exhibition and book at Melbourne Design Week. Dates: 14th May - 3rd July (Opening reception Saturday 16th from 3pm - 6pm at Useful Object, 47 Easey Street, Collingwood VIC). Transformative Repair is an exhibition that brings together emerging and established Australian artists, designers and craftspeople to reinterpret broken objects, using innovative approaches to repair and reuse. Tonight is the official launch of Transformative Repair x Realities Extended at @mod_museum in Adelaide. This collaboration with @adelaideuni teams from MOD. and immersive technologies lab Realities Extended adapts creatively repaired works from past projects into interactive animations, abstracting the studio processes of transformation, exhibited alongside the physical works.
