For Transformative Design, Lucy McRae (Los Angeles) transforms manufacturing seconds from the studio of fashion designer Bianca Spender (Sydney) and a vintage Adjustable Chaise designed by Richard Schultz in 1966 for Knoll. Tonight is the official launch of Transformative Repair x Realities Extended at @mod_museum in Adelaide. This collaboration with @adelaideuni teams from MOD. and immersive technologies lab Realities Extended adapts creatively repaired works from past projects into interactive animations, abstracting the studio processes of transformation, exhibited alongside the physical works.
