Today is a significant moment for us as we commenced the trading of our shares on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) Main Board, significantly enhancing the market’s capitalization by over N1.8 trillion.
Our initial offering was priced at N240 per share, and we closed our first day of trading at N264 per share. The occasion was commemorated with the traditional Closing Gong ceremony, accompanied by an insightful “Facts Behind the Listing” presentation, marking a successful introduction to the market.

Today, Afam III fast Power with the capacity of 240MW was successfully commissioned by the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo(@profosinbajo ) in Rivers State.
When we took over the Afam Power plants in November 2020, the Vice President expressed his confidence in Transcorp’s ability to raise the capacity of the plants to full potential, highlighting our track record of success with our power plant at Ughelli.”
