Today, @Transcorppower successfully listed its shares by introduction on the Main Board of the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), adding more than N1.8 trillion to the market capitalization of @ngxgroup .
The listing was marked by a ceremonial Closing Gong event and complemented by a detailed “Facts Behind the Listing” presentation. Transcorp Power Plc listed its shares at N240 per share and closed the first day of trading at N264 per share.

At our 20th Annual General Meeting held today at the @transcorpcentre in Abuja, presided by our Group Chairman, Tony Elumelu, CFR, (@tonyoelumelu ), we not only reviewed our strong 2025 performance, but we also declared ₦20.3 billion shareholder dividend, demonstrating our focus on long-term sustainable value creation.
