Had an off day and planned on cooking a special dinner but someone wanted to take advantage of a last minute call and compete in a 7 on 7 tournament.
She is nuts! But she loves providing opportunities for others.

Great things happen when you lock in!! Kam and Koko have been grinding for the past month and hit two big PRs this weekend. TJ decided to lock in the past few weeks and shocked us all with a crazy 100 PR and a strong mental victory in the 4x4. We really just started doing speed work the past few weeks so between the strength work in the gym, competitive practices, and technical work on the off days sky’s the limit!

Can't wait until the end of the month to get back to New Orleans for @jacoby_jones_foundation football camp. It's now a part of our mission. For as long as Momma Jones says so, we will continue to show up and keep his legacy alive.

Trying to figure out what you did wrong is a major indicator of being coachable! @josiahteasleyy is going to be a dog in the future because of that trait alone.
Nephew @therealdirtykeem caught him slipping. Iron sharpens iron. He got him back the next play. Can't wait to see how these two develop.
Simple tip - Always see the man and the ball. Keep your pad level down vs press.
