We are featuring rockfish from Kodiak, AK! Such a delicious and sustainable fish required a couple special twists on the Wisconsin classic.

Incredible night celebrating 50 years of @letoilerestaurant with our @bravotopchef alumni friends for life @betweentheslices@chefdanjacobs and @leeannewong ! Clearly we had a blast! Lee and I met a million years ago in culinary school and this was our dusty chance getting to cook together! Mamma Wong is an absolute gangster for real. Truly a master. I’m so proud of her and everything she’s accomplished in her career and she’s only gaining momentum. Cooking with Dan is always a joy, love sharing space with his energy and creativity. Michelle is not just Top Chef Wisconsin’s “fan fave”, she’s mine too! Kindness and passion combined into one incredible chef and her dish really brought the flavor! @kstellamarie brought it home with a deeelicious rhubarb upside down cake with a brandy slush 🔥 This series and this year is about relationships and celebrating the forces behind this restaurant. What a weekend cooking with @kstellamarie@hamelsonoma . Thank you to our incredible team of @loayzabrendan and Shelby for coming along on our little adventure❤️First stop always is @innout for burgs. We had an incredible meal (and I took a grainy vid🤦🏻♂️) @pressnapavalley with a killer wine pairing!! We finally had a chance to sit and have a proper tasting at the Hamel winery with a tour, truly just magical. Then had to go to our Sonoma happy place @bucks_place_sonoma , an absolute must… not pictured but, really fire breakfast @elmolinocentral too! Seriously can’t thank the Hamels and their entire team for partnering with us on this donation in support of the @amfam UW Children’s Hospital. And our guests from @jhenrybourbon for submitting the winning bid! And finally the beautiful hospitality of @fairmontsonoma .
Happy sweet 16 to my “little” guy REMY!! I am so proud of the man he is becoming. He’s a photographer, a musician, a gamer, invited to be in the National Honors Society, and soon to be driver of a gently used Kia 😂 I know they say that time goes by so fast, but damn it really does. 16 doesn’t seem real. A short but beautiful and action packed weekend with the love of my life @kstellamarie and our two littles in Minneapolis. Thank you to @haihaimpls , incredible hospitality and delicious and comforting food and vibes. Breakfast became a feast @dianesplacemn . Thank you ❤️Inspiring. Delicious. The story and vision of a Hmong chef told through and incredibly beautiful menu. Truly unforgettable. Had to hit the @mallofamerica for @lego and many other shenanigans. And to walk off the crazy breakfast. Last but not least dinner @bucheronmpls . I am so proud of you chef @corywestern ! The menu and execution was perfection. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of us! I knew Minnesota had it going on but damn I already can’t wait to go back! Truly thankful to have a minute to breathe and enjoy time with my family. ❤️❤️❤️
