Through burnout, challenges, and broken systems, I’ve learned that finding sanctuary — through music, nature, and the bonds we share — are all essential for replenishing our hope and spirit. It helps us to keep moving forward, knowing that we are walking through this together.
BLOOM is my love letter to women — an offering to the women who have shaped me, the ones who remind me of my strength, and the ones who create space for joy in my life.
In honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, this mix was recorded live at @paikohawaii in Kaka'ako, Hawai'i surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants and friends.

Wow thank you for the birthday wishes. Seeing everyone share stories or photos of us makes me feel special because I get to see and hear your pov/perspective of who I am in your life experience and it’s always incredibly introspective for me. Like you, a whole ass human decided to pick this memory and I like to think about why 😂
I lived another year, I’m really doing this human experience lol. The rest of this caption is more for me to look back on so no pressure to read 🥴
Even though intellectually I know impermanence is constant, emotionally as a heavy earth sign, I’m not that stoked about it lol.
This past year’s themes for me was honor and gratitude: for my body and the ways I’ve had to really slow down and listen to what I needed. Sitting through mental spirals and losing my shit and accepting that there’s things I just don’t have the capacity to fix or do, detangling my worth from what I can do or offer, realizing what exchanges feel off and to honor my intuition at any hesitation I feel. Learning and empathizing more with people’s capacities, honoring my own capacity, honoring chapters that I didn’t get to close the loop on and being a beginner and starting over again…let’s just say it’s the same lessons but I’m diving deeper into it more, layer by layer. And this shit is hard, sometimes it’s easy, then it’s hard again.
I’m grateful for my relationships, I’m grateful for those who set aside time and energy, grateful for my ancestors — you are my anchors. I’m grateful for my own curiosity and willingness to just..try. I’m grateful for my well of emotions, I’m grateful for my awareness and attunement when something needs to change or grow or be still.
I’m grateful that I’m still learning who I am but also knowing who I am simultaneously 🌀
