Where we started vs where we are now.
What a difference a few years can make!
We started off Tiny Triumph Studios when I knocked down my garage and built a floating floor, room inside a room studio off the front of my house. This became the home of Tiny Triumph Studios for 5 years where worked on some absolutely incredible records with artists like @robruhamusic@msholliesmith@richtercityrebels@this_is_sea_mouse@dr.reknaw@revulvamusic@machomacho@tess__goodwin@casual_healing@goodnight.my.darling@michael_llewellyn_@juliabellemusic and literally hundreds more!
Fast forward to now and we have moved out of a small room in johnsonville and overlooking Wellington CBD and the harbour with a purpose built vocal booth and tracking room to capture performances from Wellingtons best.
I bloody love this studio!

The new @thisispapermountains single āEvery Little Good Thingā is out now.
I wrote this song after I thought the album was done. I was running to the studio listening to the album and there were 2 songs that just didnāt feel right. So I got into the studio, removed them from the album and then wrote and recorded this song in 4 hours. I then got the amazing @benhuntrumpet and @christofer_grey to come in and lay down some horns to put the song into the universe that it wanted to be on.
Itās a song about realising that love alone isnāt enough to sustain a relationship and calling bull$hit on the Beatles line āAll You Need Is Loveā.
Itās out now and I hope you enjoy it!
