The Enroute app, built for a community to discover, create, and join events. The brand's principles, pushing limits, stretching, reacting under pressure, carry directly into the interface. Screens expand, compress, and respond to input. The mobile app holds the full experience: feed, route creation, chat, leaderboards. The watch app, designed because many athletes train without a phone, keeps the essentials in dark mode, with a red Night Mode for visibility and focus. A new online store for Enroute, built on the same language as the rebrand. The interface recedes where it should, letting product and imagery lead. Underneath sits a single design system holding both the running (.run) and cycling (.cc) stores, flexible enough to extend into future categories without losing coherence. Events, bundles, and a custom loyalty program were rebuilt around how Enroute actually operates rather than what a template assumes. PRITCH's new store, built to match the rebrand and replace a templated site that no longer fit. The design system keeps products in focus, with subtle storytelling layered between them. An archive holds the brand's heritage, and the collection can be browsed on models or as standalone products. Sadly, the site never went live. PRITCH ceased operations a couple of days before going live. Enroute is a running and cycling community originating from Vancouver, built around the threshold where someone outpaces themselves. The graphic system follows the same logic: a dot at the start, a rectangle at the end, progression in between.

It runs through order tracking, the community app onboarding, and performance data, with one consistent language for effort and its outcome. Full case study on the website. A gamified platform for the ARC Prize, exploring the boundary where problems stay intuitive for humans but challenging for AI. The MVP we designed and built focused on the core loop: solve tasks, build a history, contribute to a shared difficulty profile. The system was set up to scale toward leaderboards, rankings, and automated AI submissions. A shift in priorities within the ARC Foundation paused it before launch.
