Mocktail development for the spring menu at @emmettspublichouse has wrapped! Considering we started Emmett’s 2.0 with just Guinness Zero and Summit Nialas, I am incredibly proud of the growth our NA beverage program has experienced, as well as the positive reception from our guests. I have learned a lot working with the team (@two_tone_mixology , @brandon__gonz , @timpatrickc ) and I think you’ll really enjoy this new lineup. Clear Skies Spritz - Bright, Floral, Zesty, Peppery A great patio sipper, and features the @drinkostrichized Clear Skies NA Mule Red Is the Rosé - Citrusy, Velvety, Bright This began as a Boulevardier, but took on a bright new life. Great to sip while making summer plans. Carefree Margarita [not pictured] - Bright, Ginger, Lime, Smokey This drinks like the real thing. I’m terribly proud of this one. A great option, especially if you’re zebra striping.
