Mocktail development for the spring menu at @emmettspublichouse has wrapped! Considering we started Emmett’s 2.0 with just Guinness Zero and Summit Nialas, I am incredibly proud of the growth our NA beverage program has experienced, as well as the positive reception from our guests. I have learned a lot working with the team (@two_tone_mixology , @brandon__gonz , @timpatrickc ) and I think you’ll really enjoy this new lineup.

We are lucky enough to call @timpatrickc a friend and a regular. The Nine Lives is an ode to his phenomenal cocktail "Black Cat in the Weeds" - Tom Cat Gin, a trio of amaros, and a balance that is impossible to beat. I had an absolute Amazing weekend in Austin Texas! I flew down to watch the @stillatx Beat the influencer competition. So much fun catching up with @notjustabartender@thirstywhale_@emilysajda_ I was also able to meet Uncle Pete! Still Austin was such a great host during the whole event. I was lucky enough to meet and spend time with 4 super talented bartenders who put on one helluva great show! Each and every one gave it their all. So fun to watch them work their magic in front of the live crowd. It was a memorable weekend. Congratulations to @ahindes for taking home the People’s Champ award & @thebittergringo for taking home the win and the check for 10 grand💰 Cheers to you all. 🥃

It’s hard to believe I lost my Father 24 years ago today. I find myself reflecting on the memories, and cherished moments. Thankful for all he taught me growing up. Miss you Dad. Give Mom a hug for us.
Such a fantastic trip back to Ireland to properly celebrate Amy’s Birthday. Taking in the beautiful scenery as we drove from Dublin to Dingle, Galway, Clifden, Athlone, Portmarnock, Malahide & Howth. Catching up and sharing stories with good friends and making new ones along the way.
