終於踏上BC舞台 呢個我由一開始就想玩既比賽,以前睇住各大佬們練習,比賽。今次終於到我自己由頭到尾一手一腳去準備。好好既經驗,多謝一直既教導
今次主要係想做一套好睇既performance 賽後聽到大家都中意今次既concept係最令我欣慰。
第三名既成績係唔差 但我知道自己可以做得更好 各方面都未做到完美 所以下年再做好啲
最開心就係終於可以同到 亦師亦友既 @dawndchan 同台比賽 更加可以同你share podium 成就解鎖 Congrats Bro

Most Expensive coffee I have ever brewed
Thanks @captain_george_2013 for sending me this record breaking coffee-2025 Best of Panama GN-01 from @haciendalaesmeralda bidden by @jd_corporate .
As I only have one shot(15g), so I decided to use my Double X brewing method to brew this 700USD/ 15g Natural Geisha at @longbridgecafe .
I have to say this coffee was roasted perfectly .From grinding to brewing to drinking it was a true pleasure and memorable .
The aroma filled the entire bar and I couldn’t bear to throw the puck away after brewing .
Tasting experience:
The aroma is refreshingly sweet with jasmine and citrus.
When hot is bergamot and jasmine with high sweetness , then follows by tropical fruit like ripe mango and sweet citrus, finish with juicy mouth feel with hint of vanilla.
Over all is a high sweetness with soft acidity , juicy and round.
It’s not just a coffee, it’s an Art Piece , fusion of Panamanian Terroir , @haciendalaesmeralda ‘s processing and @captain_george_2013 ‘s roasting.
Was an honour to brew this beautiful coffee and enjoy with the CEO of @longbridgehk and my team.
After a 2 years break for myself, finally can announced my newest project . LONGBRIDGE cafe.
Another experience of building a brand and cafe from scratch.
A 11 months long project finally go LIVE!!!
