Structured authority meets subversive expression in NELSON FW25: REDEFINED UNIFORMITY by Tim Escher. Created at the University of the Arts Berlin, this collection reframes the uniform as a space of contradiction—where power and submission, masculinity and femininity, collide and dissolve. Drawing from youth subcultures and historical codes of dress, Escher interrogates how garments can both enforce and dismantle identity, queering traditional silhouettes and proposing a fluid, more expansive future for fashion.
