This is the first of different shows I’ve scripted. I’m so excited that it’s finally out @centuryconvos . Crazy that I only learnt about show scripting in January 2025 at the EXTAM Storytelling Workshop by @tigerfirerose and one year later, I’ve come this far.
Football didn’t start as a billion-dollar empire. It started as people chasing a ball on rough fields, no structure, no global stage, no real “meaning.”
But then came organization. Rules were written. Leagues were formed like The Football Association. Competitions like FIFA World Cup gave it global identity. Brands like FIFA turned passion into structure.
And suddenly… something ordinary became special. Valuable. Emotional. A business.
Here’s the truth:
Football didn’t have meaning at the start — structure gave it meaning.
Now apply that to YOU.
That small idea in your head?
That thing people overlook?
That vision you haven’t fully acted on?
It may look like “nothing” today. But with consistency, systems, and structure… it can become something powerful. Something global. Something profitable.
Don’t wait for meaning.
Create structure — meaning will follow.

Yesterday, Saturday 29th March, the Zambian team came together in preparation for something truly powerful — the EXTAM Film Workshop, arriving this July 2026 🇿🇲
This workshop carries a legacy of excellence. EXTAM has already made a huge impact across Africa, especially in Nigeria, where it has trained and nurtured creatives who’ve gone on to win major awards like AMVCA, Choice Awards, and Africa Magic — with some now recognized as leading writers and industry professionals.
Now, it’s Zambia’s turn… and we’re coming BIG.
As a proud partner of Everflow Media, EXTAM continues to push boundaries in storytelling and talent development. We also extend special appreciation to our partners Elevate Creatives for supporting this vision and standing with us as we build something remarkable.
The 2nd edition of The Refinery is now a fully competitive intake.

Meet our story advisor for this cohort of The Refinery.
TigerFireRose is the CEO and Creative Lead at TigerFireRose Media, a social enterprise dedicated to impacting change through storytelling. With more than 75,000 minutes of produced content on platforms like Showmax, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and AfricaMagic, she has established herself as a versatile multi-format and innovative storyteller, known for crafting relatable narratives with stories like 'To Freedom' (rose to No. 1 on Prime in 24 hours!), and the Nigerian-Indian family drama, 'Postcards', a Netflix Original, 'Uriri', 'Our Husband', 'Close of Business', and many others in AfricaMagic.
She is a Speaker, Trainer, and Facilitator on authentic storytelling and a member of the African Narrative Collective (ANC), a community dedicated to reshaping the African narrative through authentic and impactful storytelling. She is also the Convener and Lead Facilitator of the Exploring The African Motif (EXTAM) Free Storytellers Workshop, which has impacted and mentored over 120 youths in the creative field over the past three years, some of whom have gone on to be nominated for awards in storytelling in their respective fields. She is a strong believer in empowering people to tell their stories authentically.
