Throwback to living by myself, teaching, and performing for a summer in Tokyo.
An experience that changed my life in many ways. I was 22 years old in a foreign country alone. Beyond grateful for the immense amount of knowledge I gained. Japan is magical and I love it dearly.
I would love more than anything to go back overseas to live and teach!

Despite being more restricted, I still feel immense joy in music pulling me into movement that feels familiar and discovering new ways to connect with my body.

Ballet Exam Week 🩰
A special opportunity for our dancers to grow through a structured, encouraging, and professionally adjudicated ballet exam experience with guest artists.
In preparation, dancers were challenged to memorize exercises, develop coordination, adapt quickly, and perform with focus—all within a limited time. This process builds discipline, retention, confidence, and artistry under pressure.
From technique and musicality to professionalism and presence, each dancer will receive thoughtful feedback designed to support their growth and celebrate their hard work.

Avery wanted a giraffe or zebra for a sibling but will settle for a small baby.
But here it is (with many edits because filming with a toddler is predictably unpredictable).
We are SO EXCITED😭🎉
