The corset, the gold, the green; all of it,intentional. But the intentionality started before the wardrobe, before the room was ready for her. It started with a woman who understood her life is designed by God. Composure is not the absence of fire. It is fire that has learned it doesn’t need to announce itself to change the temperature of the room. Her presence requires you to see the woman before you see the frame. How to hold space without losing yourself. How to lead with both clinical skill and humanity. I want my students to leave understanding this: You are not just providing a service. You are holding stories, trauma, and transformation. And that requires intention, awareness, and deep self-work. 💜🩷💙💚 The 10th Annual STEM Gems Summit: Women Empowering Girls in partnership with the Atlanta Science Festival and Spelman College was a celebration of a decade of impact, made possible by so many. Volunteers made sure every detail was taken care of, from greeting and registration to serving lunch and putting together swag bags. Thank you! Educators made arrangements, secured buses, and gathered their students to make sure they didn’t miss out on the opportunity to meet dynamic women in STEM. Thank you! Parents made sure their daughters were up and ready to go on a Saturday morning, ready to ask questions and gain knowledge. Thank you!
