This record is a mythopoetic cycle of songs rooted in the woods and liminal landscapes of the British Isles. Moving between folk memory and dream-states, it explores moments out of time — where landscape, psyche, and story begin to blur.
Albion appears not as backdrop, but as a living presence: a space of encounter, transformation, and contemplation.
Drawing on dark folk, folk rock, and folk soul, with subtle psychedelic and prog sensibilities, Odes to the Wild Expanse is part lived, part mythic — blending reality and imagination into a single folk tapestry.
This record was a pleasure to make, and I'm chuffed to release it into the wild.
