What a precious dream, we go global! 🇳🇬🌍⭐️🙏🏾🍾🥂💫⚔️ @forbes@forbesafrica@forbesunder30
Forbes 30 Under 30 was merely a pipe dream of mine years ago. To be living this reality feels significantly different for me; this common 10 year old boy who didn’t have the luxury to have a formal education, slept under bridges and begged on the streets of Lagos. My life’s journey with its roads and accommodations (whether good or bad) has been in stages. And at every stage, I’ve always found myself dreaming of something that seemed far reaching or plainly impossible to achieve.
Often when I think of the times when all I ever wanted was food and shelter, various emotions swirls and tears flood my eyes. To have gone through that phase and many other hard hitting phases and accomplished mini goals in my life fills me with great joy and gratitude. Ultimately, looking back at my journey, my life now FILMS LIKE A MOVIE — it feels like a dream to me and I often pinch myself to believe. But truth is reality and reality is I’ve come a long way and my aspirations in life has grown quite big that they scare me.
Frankly, I wanted to be on Forbes 30 Under 30 list for one reason and one reason alone: to represent people like me — the nobodies in our society. People who life dealt a bad hand from their childhood but they kept dreaming. People who have felt hopelessness and helplessness but they never gave up.
I’m immensely proud and grateful to have made the Forbes 30 Under 30 class of 2021. I owe this to God Almighty, I’m extremely thankful to Him for bringing me thus far. I’m thankful to the @forbesafrica team for thinking me worthy to be listed amongst African achievers in 2021. It was merely a pipe dream which I decided to give a shot. But I learn, as I get older, that while dreaming is important, chasing a dream is crucially more important. So, I must keep chasing my pipe dreams.
My story is just beginning and I hope it inspires someone somewhere.

South Africa, you were everything and more. The moments, the people, the energy… all unforgettable.
I came for the experience, but left with memories I’ll carry for a long time. Grateful for it all.🦋🚀🥂💎
Parked in the middle of a palette. Vintage frame. Modern story. And a boy with a soul as old as fine wine 🍷

Dressed for the moment, living for the story. Some moments are for memories, some for magic. Today, it’s both.

Sun, sand, wine, and a little bit of mischief. SA, you’ve been good to the heart and the skin.
Joy, creativity, and little moments of magic — this is the life I chase.
South Africa has been good to me.
Grateful for the work, the people, the laughter, and the quiet moments in between.
Sometimes you travel for work and end up finding a little more of yourself too.

Touched the sands that once held gods and kings. Some places don’t just change your view - they change your spirit. Egypt taught me that time is just a story we keep telling. And in that silence, I left a piece of my wonder in the desert wind.🫶🕊️✨
I’m grateful to see Africa from a place of wealth, strong positioning & not what the western world paints it to be.
