Of all the crowns I wear, Mother trumps it all. Being your mommy gives me life. I have been away filming a movie in South Africa and it has been the longest 2/ weeks of my life.
April was emotionally draining but my daughter gave me life. I look at her and somehow find the strength to push through whatever. Being away was hard, I’ll call home crying and then pull myself together to be present at work.
Mothers are superheroes without capes,
We do it all.
I’m home and she came straight into my arms. That first hug was everything. I love you @yakira_eliana
