Our Annual Charity Beer Festival, Forever Summer Fest returns for another year bringing together some of the best breweries, cideries, wineries, and spirit producers in the country all in one place. ☠️ Tickets are live and we just released the rest of the VIP. CONTAINS SHELLFISH This one was straight up fun to make. Taking a wild homebrew concept and pushing it all the way, working in whole white clam pies, dialing in the balance of lemon, herbs, and salinity, and landing it in a place that drinks insanely well. Inspired by the original collab with @rootandbranchbrewing + @thetestbrewery , and bringing @omnipollo back into the mix, this white clam pie Gose is built on a traditional kettle sour base with semolina flour and actual pies from @zorchpizza in the mash. Finished with oregano, parsley, coriander, sea salt, Calabrian chili, and 600 little neck clams in the boil, then fermented on lemon oil + lemon puree. Bright lemon acidity, subtle herbs, a touch of salinity, and legit crusty pizza vibes throughout. ~ABV: 5%
