1.5 Hours in 40 seconds. We’re back cooking and this time it’s outside. Grilling is one of my favorite ways to cook/things to do. The sound of the flames, the crackle of coals, the sizzling as the meats hit the grates, the smoke rings, the flavors. I love it all.

Hit a 2-mile PB on this day the closet to my last 5k race times. Looking forward to my next 5k, 10k and hopefully a half before 2026 is over.
The Brisket + Butter Chicken + Poratha situation. After a weekend of eating out a trip and my wife cooking for people, I found good use for some items from @la_barbecue@costco and @agasrestaurant to make a leftovers “taco”.
I really really enjoyed this dish, making it, filming and eating it.

Spent the evening celebrating #V30. An amazing and very well loved individual in the midst of loved ones. This was an experience that will live with me for a long time. You could feel the love and thoughtfulness in every single aspect.
And oh yes super proud of my wife @bethanyhadiza and @shadeeats for putting together a 10/10 1 of 1 dining experience for this event. These guys are magical!
this week in microfashion. The kiddo is in a phase where he wants to wear one of my hats everyday so he picks one from the rack after he gets dressed. Interestingly, they all worked with the fits.
