As part of Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur’s (@mo_kualalumpur ) International Women’s Day campaign, we’ll be bringing together three incredible wellness communities for a day dedicated to strength, movement, and supporting women beyond our own circles.
Together with @forza.my , @glutelabstudiomy , and @clubaloha.co , we’ll be hosting a special wellness session at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, followed by spa sessions, and dining at ANY of the restaurants located in the hotel.
More importantly, a portion of the proceeds will go to @tiffinjeiwa , a foundation that helps underprivileged women gain the skills and opportunities they need to support themselves and build independent futures.
Nourishing our bodies by moving, pampering, and feeding it has always been powerful, but when it’s done with intention and community, it becomes something even bigger.

At The Table is ĀMANÏ’s first exploration into the living dialogue between biohacking and culinary craft.
Our opening chapter, The Intelligent Body, unfolds across five thoughtfully sequenced courses — conceived not only for flavour, but for function. Each course is composed in harmony with human physiology, guided by nutritional science, nervous system regulation, and the body’s natural rhythms.
The journey begins with light, mineral-rich elixirs to gently awaken the system and prepare the body for nourishment. Enzyme-rich proteins, restorative broths, and neuro-calming elements follow — layered with intention to support digestion, metabolic balance, and systemic ease. The experience closes with circadian tea, offering a quiet pause for reflection and integration.
Beyond the table, cold immersion and guided tea meditation continue the conversation — inviting deeper regulation, presence, and embodiment.
