I spend months planning and getting to know my clients. When the wedding day finally arrives, I experience a rollercoaster of emotions alongside the couple. The nerves, the happy tears, and the excitement. Before you know it, the music fades, the guests leave, and the room becomes quiet. I’m standing there staring into the empty space, feeling bittersweet. Bitter because the party is over. The planning ends, there are no more emails or calls to make to my couple, and I know I’ll miss them. Sweet because all those months of dreaming and planning came to life exactly as it was meant to. Watching the bride and groom celebrate one of the biggest days of their lives is the most rewarding feeling. How can you even recap the wedding that has it all! Tammy and Albert’s wedding had everything a trend-setting couple could dream of, from decor to snacks. Here’s our favorite details for your future wedding inspo board: -No wedding party: the bride and groom had select friends and family for support but opted to stand alone together at the alter (so chic!) -Fabric drapery: a perfect amount of moment to offset the structure of the warehouse without overwhelming the space -Mini cutting cake: the couple had a little cake to cut for themselves and guests recieved slices from a similarly flavored sheet cake, which is great for limiting food waste! -Rotating disco ball: the movement caught the golden hour light and sent sparkles all throughout the room (so magical!) -Ramen bar: the snack table featured instant ramen bowls and a hot water dispenser for the perfect late night pick-me-up -Swedish candy station: bowls of Swedish candy were displayed for guests to create their own bags of sweets.
