I’ll never forget when, at the end of a particularly gruelling shoot-day at Ludhiana Fort, probably sensing that his A.D.s were at the brink of collapse, Director @rakeyshommehra got the Direction team into a tight huddle near the parking area at wrap, measured his words and said, “I know it feels really difficult right now, but just hang in there - what we’re doing here is important. And if we do it well, you will be very proud.” I think about that till today. And it has silently played it’s part in shaping my very intent and approach towards my life and my work. Forever grateful, forever proud to have been a small part of the creation of this film, this movement - that continues to become increasingly relevant, everyday.
