Setting the Stage for World-Class Chocolates

For the launch of Cacaoté, a luxury chocolate and patisserie brand rooted in Belgium’s rich chocolate-making heritage, Design Stack developed a 360° campaign inspired by the spectacle of a travelling French Carnivale.
Extending the brand’s positioning of “Bring Home the World’s Finest,” the brand film, also produced by Design Stack, transformed global standards of craft and indulgence into an immersive world of theatre, celebration, and fantasy.
From campaign design to PR, events, and brand experiences across touchpoints, Design Stack led the campaign end-to-end. The result was a world around Cacaoté that felt rich, transportive, and designed to be savoured.

Fine chocolate is an experience that transcends taste. It is about being completely consumed by indulgence, craftsmanship, detail, and the luxury of something truly exceptional.
Design Stack brought this to life through the brand strategy, architecture, and design system for Cacaoté, a luxury chocolate and patisserie brand rooted in Belgium’s rich chocolate-making heritage. Built around the positioning of “Bring Home the World’s Finest,” the brand was imagined as an invitation to experience global standards of taste and refinement closer to home.
Guided by a 3 Michelin-starred chef, Cacaoté brings together Belgian tradition, world-class ingredients, and contemporary innovation. The identity is anchored in a logo of two Belgian chefs carrying a cacao pod in a palanquin, expressing the journey of sourcing and bringing the finest to the Indian consumer. Custom typography inspired by the cacao pod extends this idea into a distinctive visual language.
The system spans packaging, menus, signage, merchandise, uniforms, and takeaway formats, creating a cohesive experience across chocolaterie, patisserie, and brasserie touchpoints.

How 080 Lounge Reclaimed the Layover

Airport lounges often blur into a sterile, climate-controlled anonymity. Design Stack set out to break this sameness. The 080 Lounge at T2, Bengaluru International Airport, winner of Gold at the 2025 CII Design Excellence Awards, is conceived as an antidote to lounge fatigue.
The Strategy: Beyond One-Size-Fits-All
A layered visual framework replaces the standard airport palette. If this is a traveller’s last impression of India, it should be one to remember.
The Concept: India in the Plural
The lounge unfolds as a passage through India’s many landscapes, organised as a series of distinct yet interconnected “neighbourhoods.” Nomenclature, moodboards, and sensory directions across mixed-use spaces ensure each zone offers something to discover.
A departure from the liminal space aesthetic, the lounge reframes transit as a vivid memory of the subcontinent.

Safe, not serious.
Design Stack developed the brand strategy, architecture, and a playful design system for Edamamma’s Clean Conscious Babycare range.
Designed from the container out, soft custom shapes and fresh pastels make the products stand out and feel irresistible on a crowded shelf. Fun product names add personality, while the ‘BabySafe’ cues on front of pack offer instant reassurance.
The design system is built for strong recall across physical and digital stores, ensuring the brand shows up with one clear, consistent voice.

Be the Bomb!
Not Rocket Science (NRS) is a nutrition brand that simplifies healthy choices for modern consumers in both the Indian and US markets. With the positioning Challenge the Routine, it inspires people to break away from boring health habits and embrace better, everyday nutrition conveniently.
Design Stack developed the complete brand identity—including brand strategy, architecture, nomenclature, and a bombastic, standout packaging design.
The design approach, “Be the Bomb,” comes alive through impactful typography, energetic graphics, and vibrant colour-coded packaging across product lines. A bold visual system, captured in a comprehensive brand manual, ensures NRS stands out—confident, fun, and fuelled by real nutritional value.

Since 2002, Godrej & Boyce’s in-house magazine, Change, has explored the idea of transformation—both for individuals and society. After 14 years, the makers of Change saw the need to revamp the publication to ensure it remained relevant and accessible to a modern audience.
The refreshed Change embraces a contemporary look and feel, adapting to new ways of storytelling and visual engagement. The goal was to make the publication more dynamic, appealing to a diverse and evolving readership.
Design Stack restructured the content into a more consumable format, making it visually engaging with photography, illustrations, and infographics. Each cover features a unique illustration, capturing the editorial theme of that issue, ensuring every edition feels fresh and relevant.

A coffee table book conceptualised, produced and designed by Design Stack for Great Eastern Shipping. It took a team of content editors, writers, artists, graphic designers and photographers alongside a dedicated team from Great Eastern Shipping to pull this off over the course of one year. This book helped GES consolidate its 75 year history into a visual and verbal celebration over 330 pages.
