四月參加咗兩個市集
雖然好攰 但慶幸自己作出嘗試
好開心認識到不同陶瓷創作者以及愛好者
做陶路上難免有掙扎同迷茫
幸好遇到一班欣賞彼此既同路人
同埋情緒價值滿滿既客人
俾我好大既温暖同動力🥹
感謝探班既家人朋友🫶🏽
希望下次再見到大家✨
In April, I participated in two markets. Although I was exhausted, I’m glad I took the step and tried something new. So happy to have met so many ceramic creators and fellow enthusiasts. This journey has been full of struggles and moments of doubt, but thankfully I’ve met a wonderful group of like-minded people who appreciate each other, along with customers who were so generous with their appreciation and kind words towards me. They gave me motivation to keep going 🥹

學習放慢腳步 調節心態
學習放下但不放棄
過去幾個月 初初因為一個傷口要短暫休息
由於暫停運動加上勞損以及一些新傷舊患
跌入敷冰拉筋針灸推拿物理治療輪迴
有時候會不禁overthink
擔心傷患影響日常生活及工作 有些計劃未能如期進行
陶藝節舉行期間 一方面同自己講
既然已經盡力就好好享受這幾天
另一方面有點自責做得未夠好 心不在焉
雖然有點迷失 但每次懷疑自己決定的時候
幸好遇到很好的合作夥伴客人與陶藝家
得到大家毫不吝嗇的支持與鼓勵
感謝一本地陶團隊的努力 舉辦屬於香港的陶藝節
支持和用心推廣本地陶藝 慶幸能參與其中
來年希望可以有心力持續學習 透過研習繼續進步
要鍛鍊及照顧身心 走得更遠
