P.S. I used this song for my very first short film which I shot on an iPhone back in 2023. At the time, I didn’t know what I was doing, and the only teachers I had were films that I’ve seen, even up until this point. This song always reminds me how far I’ve come and to keep going, and ironically he says, “it feels like I only go backwards,” but in reality I’m always pushing forward. Thank you Tame Impala.

my short film, Cause and Effect is finally out and posted on YouTube! This film is about a female Hollywood film producer who wants to run for mayor for the Los Angeles county. Her knowledge and wisdom will be tested in a political debate against a male interviewer. Will she fail miserably or stand her ground? Working on this I didn’t realize how sensitive the topic may be but I write directly from the heart with no filter, why hold back? That’s the whole idea of the film to begin with. Post production was a pain, specifically with audio so I tried my best to make it sound the best it can be. Limited of equipment, tools, and crew, it still didn’t stop me from making this film. Huge thanks to my very small and talented team! I hope you all enjoy it! Link in bio 🫶
