How do you find The Lab Kitchen?
We’re a unique establishment operating daily as café and restaurant inside @thelabcph , a daylight studio in an industrial area of Copenhagen, a short walk from Skjolds Plads Metro.
The buzz from the studios offer a unique setting for your next coffee date, as we welcome dropins. We are open every weekday from 08-16 ☕️

We’re closed for the Danish national holiday, Kristi Himmelfart (Ascension Day), on Thursday May 14th and Friday May 15th, and will reopen Monday May 18th.
If you need equipment, catering, or anything arranged for your shoot - either for when we’re back or during the closure - please reach out no later than Wednesday at noon.

We’re lucky to have a full house at The Lab Kitchen next Monday and Tuesday, with some events taking over the space.
This means we won’t have room for walk-in lunch guests those two days.

Right now it’s a modest selection from our fridge and shelves, but over time we’ll expand it with products from our chefs and a few favorites from close partners, for you to bring home and share with your loved ones! 🫶🏻

Our Christmas Market is just around the corner. 🎅🏼

The first floor at @thelabcph will be packed with temptations from different vendors. We’ll also have our kids workshop with Christmas trees to decorate.
@thelabkitchen will - as always - be the hostess with the mostess, with the favourite flæskestegssandwich, gløgg and several sweet treats 🫶🏼
