A little late to celebrate but better late than never…
Once again the @icn_sa put together a successfully smooth show. The team behind the scenes know what they are doing making it enjoyable for both the competitors and the audience. Hands down as always a killer day to be apart of.
I couldn’t be more happy with all the competitors I helped with their journey to the stage. Seeing each other weekly in person going over the fine details formulating plans and making sure all the boxes were being ticked is always exciting to be apart of. Seeing the changes happen face to face and being there with you guys is a privilege. So thank you to the @thebasetransformations team for choosing me to be apart of your process. Each of you are inspiring and I couldn’t be prouder.
Lots of wins and placings for my team and regardless of the outcomes I’m really chuffed with the sportsmanship ship you all showed. You guys are what makes this sport great.

At The Base we use a 14-site skinfold body fat test to measure body composition properly.
