Rhubarb Tonka Buns!!! A Guest Special from the genius minds @estersn16 ! Coming to WTYCT in time for Easter 🌷 I think these might be my favourite thing to ever come out of my oven??? I had never twisted a bun knot before and if I can do it then you can too. Love at first bite x 100000000. On Sundays I cook... Used to feel bad about spending whole days cooking and not finding time to sit, until I listened to a thing that said that cooking can be resting too. My guilt is assuaged. A weekend of cooking means more weeknights not, that's what I say. Recipes largely from the newsletteroni, or coming to it. Yes sir, I can eat carbs.

Milk, Milk, Milk for the Morning Cake! This week's recipe is Hot Malted Milk Morning Cake as inspired by In The Night Kitchen by Maurice Sendak 🥛 Quite fitting really because I haven't been able to not think of cake at breakfast ever since our son was born. Nothing like a bar of cake topped with rhubarb and cream to start your day, I'm telling you now. I hadn't had enough of the combination of rhubarb and malted milk from last year's cheesecake.
