We’ve officially started our new wine-pairing series with Fledge & Co, and we’re excited to be sharing these wines around the Social Table over the next few weeks. What we love about Fledge & Co. is their focus on showcasing the diversity of the Cape through thoughtfully made wines sourced from vineyards across the Western Cape: from the Swartland and Stellenbosch to Elgin, Agulhas, Montagu, and beyond. Their wines are made with a hands-off approach that lets the vineyards and vintage speak for themselves, which feels very aligned with how we like to cook at Reverie.
