This week we had our own internal staff training! We did a blind tasting of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, comparing Elgin and Hemel-en-Aarde regions and how the ecology affects the wines. It was fascinating!!!
Most of the wines are from the wine farms we work with, and then some others to throw our team off 😂
