Tuesday group rides are back. Roll out is 5:30 pm sharp from the South Galbraith parking lot. We have a pace for everyone. Jump in with the fast group if you want about 2000 feet of climbing and a solid push. Looking for something more relaxed, the social group keeps it fun with a standard south side lap. You can also ride with one of our female athletes for a progression focused and supportive group. Once a month we bring food and drinks. Watch our page for those ride dates. All bikes welcome. Chuckanut shuttles are back. We are running two Thursdays a month all summer. Save your seat with the link in the description and meet at The Landing. Shuttle rolls at 5:30 sharp, so be dialed with your bike and gear by 5:15. We will also have free demo bikes available for these rides. Reserve your demo with the link in the description and set your pickup time to 4:00 pm on shuttle day. The system will show a 5:00 return time, but you are good to keep the bike for the full ride. Demos are for the shuttle only and cannot be picked up early. Sign up link in description.

After a packed and rowdy early season ride with Shifting Gears, we are teaming up with Curious Creatures and Gritty Habits for a jump and flow skills clinic led by Tanya. Meet at the South Galbraith lot at 3 pm sharp. Look for the Evil flag. From there we will pedal up, session features, and focus on safe progression with plenty of chances to open it up when it clicks.
