hehe the long awaited bookcon recap, but the parts I loved!
i was looking through my photos realizing that I actually did a really BAD job at taking photos of the actual venue, but at least I can get pretty photos of all my spoils! (i would also like the record to show that my checked bag was EIGHT POUNDS underweight 🤣 it was indeed filled with books).
but, sans all the bad things about bookcon, I LOVEEDDD getting to meet so many authors to gush over their books and just getting to meet so many readers 😍 this introvert was all tuckered out by the end. I just sat in silence for a bit afterwards 😅
and im so excited for all my spoils that I got from the trip! now just to find a place for them on my shelves 😵💫. i was also able to get some of my favorite books signed as well 😍

Ohhhh Rhonan. OH HOW THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN. Hehe. This was the story I have been waiting on since Laney and Fletcher’s story, and boy did @harlowjamesauthor deliver!!
be still my fracking heart for little Ms. Ellis 😭😭😭. I know that now everyone likes having children be primary plot points in stories, but I love them, okay! I think they just often add this layer of depth and nuance to characters, and I mean how can you have a single dad x teacher romance without a child in the mix hehe?? 😁😁 I just loved the relationship that the three of them built throughout the story, and how Vienna opened Ellis with open arms, despite the...chilly attitude from Rhonan initially.
And can we talk about Rhonan and Vienna’s relationship? Did I love the hot and cold? No, but I’ll take it if it ended the way that this did! 🤭🤭 Rhonan couldn’t help but have this steely exterior, but seeing Vienna breaking through the barriers, especially when macho obsessive protective alpha needed to come out was just...yummyyyyy
I cannot WAIT for the LAST BOOK IN THIS SERIESSS!!!! *screams*
