Thank you Liam and Lisa for letting us use your gorgeous home studio space, The Parlour, a time capsule to the 70s, and the place where @prouno.music is born.
The Seeding has seen many seasons, even while still being just a little fledgling in our hearts and hands.
We have been a six piece band. We have seen players come and go. We have been a couple and we have split up. We have been up and down, in and out, and here we are, stronger than ever as a band, now just the two of us.
Through every iteration, friendship has been the bedrock. Coming back to the roots of our connection feels somehow deeper, more soulful and honouring of who we each are, so that we’re able to hold the project and the music we are creating now, more than ever before.
We have beaten the odds to still be here creating together, and we know it’s because we have something truly special to share
We are so grateful to be here, stronger as friends and as a band, and ready to share the magic of the music that has been seeded through every season of this journey so far, building in potency and power.

‘THE SEED’ is an anthem, and a new mythology.
We wrote this song and made this film clip to be the soundtrack to the r/evolution for the people’s movement taking place all around the world right now.
Everywhere across the globe, people are reckoning with the fact that we live in a system built on the exploitation of earthlings and the destruction of our planet, and seeing the horrors of genocide, slavery and corruption, synonymous with capitalism: a system founded on corporate greed, not collective care and need.
People are waking up, recognising the power we hold collectively to create change and rising to fight for freedom and for the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible. Not with anger and violence, but noncompliance, civil disobedience, and LOVE!
This video is about billionaires and blood money, yes. But it’s also about resistance, revival, and the radical acts of community-powered movements creating local change through cooperation, mutual aid, direct action, deep connection, and showing the world beauty that awaits us on the path of decolonising our relationships to ourselves, each other, and the planet.
Remember that we are the system, we are the cogs in the wheel that make it turn. We already make the world go around every day, so we can change it! By making conscious actions and choices, we can and do shape our reality for the better.
