Saying goodbye to our amazing SIT International intern, Sol š
Over the past months, Sol has been learning alongside us about how The Paddock works ā with a strong focus on inclusivity, community orientation, education, and care for one another. Their warmth, curiosity, and kindness have brought so much colour and love into our space.
At The Paddock Project, we believe in creating spaces where everyone belongs, where learning is shared, and where community grows through connection. Sol has truly embodied those values, and we are so grateful for the time weāve shared together.
Weāll miss you dearly, Sol, and canāt wait to see where your journey takes you next šāØ

We now have a native plant section in our nursery.
We have a great selection of rainforest trees collected from seed in local area. They're healthy and ready to be planted in a paddock or yard. Many of them are bushtucker types and critical food for local wildlife - which are in desperate need of local native trees. Great for bush regen and waterway repair.
Drop in today and explore our wide range of Polandās for sale.

At The Paddock Project, caring for soil means caring for life itself. Healthy soil isnāt just dirtāitās a living ecosystem that stores carbon, nurtures biodiversity, and grows the food that sustains us all.
Thatās why we stand behind regenerative agriculture: a way of farming that restores the land rather than depleting it. By rebuilding soil health, we support stronger ecosystems, more resilient farms, and a future where food production works in harmony with nature.
Supporting local growers and land stewards is at the heart of this mission. These are the people investing time, knowledge, and care into the landāprotecting it for future generations. When we choose to back them, weāre choosing healthier food, thriving communities, and a more sustainable planet. š±
