I’m Jack — That Tall Chef.
25 years in kitchens, learning my craft and figuring out what actually makes food worth eating. Now I’ve taken that experience and built something of my own.
When I’m not in the trailer, I’m with my family (my why for all of this) or out running to clear my head… and make room for the next round of taste testing 👀
What I do is simple. No shortcuts. But alot of hardwork.

Exciting day today, this morning we were visited by Food Standard Agency (Broadland District Council) and we have been given a rating of 5, the highest! 👑
All ready and raring to go for summer now! Keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook pages to see where we will be.
Only 5 days till Brighton Marathon and everything is working out just as it should. The amount of hard work I have put into this business and training for the marathon this winter has been insane and at times I've really questioned my decisions 🥴but the hard work is beginning to pay off 🎉
Wow what a weekend I've just had!
Started off @toftwoodsocialclub . Thank you to everyone who came out to eat there, I broke my hour record!! 🎊
Then straight back home to re stock for an evening @wildcraftbrewery where this steak flatbread absolutely flew out. This one will be on the menu a lot more so keep an eye out for that! 🤤
Then finished it off today with a shiny PB in the @aylsham_runners_ 10k race ! 🏃

Just back from an incredible couple of days in Lincoln with my family, where I had the chance to run the Boston Marathon! The windiest marathon ever 🤣

One of my favourite compliments I receive in my trailer is how clean and tidy it is!
I always take pride in how tidy and clean it is as I always believe it reflects on my food too! From working in kitchens for 25+ years to working in my trailer I've always had the same attitude towards it.
I'm gradually getting my trailer setup the way I like it which is minimalistic and professional.
