I’m Jack — That Tall Chef.
25 years in kitchens, learning my craft and figuring out what actually makes food worth eating. Now I’ve taken that experience and built something of my own.
When I’m not in the trailer, I’m with my family (my why for all of this) or out running to clear my head… and make room for the next round of taste testing 👀
What I do is simple. No shortcuts. But alot of hardwork.
