I’m Jack — That Tall Chef.
25 years in kitchens, learning my craft and figuring out what actually makes food worth eating. Now I’ve taken that experience and built something of my own.
When I’m not in the trailer, I’m with my family (my why for all of this) or out running to clear my head… and make room for the next round of taste testing 👀
What I do is simple. No shortcuts. But alot of hardwork.

Blickling Half Marathon! 1:21:54 chip with 4 mins quicker than last year and a 50 second PB 💪

Tonight I'll be serving my soft flatbreads @deers_glade 5-8ish!
Then tomorrow is my first time @alldaytaproom 12-5!
Monday is also my first time @pinewoodswellsnextthesea !
From next week I will be @deers_glade every Tuesday and most Fridays and @pinewoodswellsnextthesea every Monday till the end of the season!
I am looking forward to my year ahead it's going to be a big one!

This bank holiday I've taken some much needed time for me & my family so not much going on over here. Tuesday at @deers_glade it's my last time at this site for the summer but will definitely be back next year!
Love the sheep at Deers glade, I've seen them from tiny lambs to now..unfortunately they weren't up for photos this week so the goats as always are camera ready!
