I counted, and I have over 15 photos of the @thaidiner sausage egg sandwich *alone* on my phone. Itās always the same gooey, crispy, affordable plate of perfect, and thatās kind of the best part. So much about the last 5 years has been about change and adapting to chaos, but Iām grateful to have this one corner on Mott and Kenmare when Iām craving a little stability. Also grateful that there are still opportunities to publish odes and essays and the kinds of food writing actual people (not just the algorithm or advertisers) want to read, so thank you @resy@deannating āØ link in bio/stories!
