Still taking it all in from Wednesday… 🥹
I honestly don’t have the words yet - but I didn’t want another day to go by without saying THANK YOU.
On Wednesday evening, a group of founders all left their work desks/busy meetings for a private and very human conversation about the emotional and mental side of building a business powered by Plexal.
Zero performance. Zero pretending. Just honesty, depth, and presence.
And it was… beautiful!
The level of openness, vulnerability, and generosity in that room was unlike anything I’ve seen in a long time, so many founders said it felt like therapy, a moment to finally breathe, reflect, and be seen beyond the metrics and milestones.
To everyone who came out despite the busiest season of the year… thank you 🙏
Your voices, your stories, and your courage made the room what it was and will definitely contribute to shaping

To
@plexalcity - thank you for opening your doors, championing this conversation, and making the evening feel so seamless and safe. ❤️
To TEN Works , thank you for collaborating on something so meaningful - and for your commitment to highlighting the real journey of founders.
And to every founder who contributed, shared, held space, or simply sat in the room with intention… you reminded me why this matters - Amardeep Parmar, Serkan Ferah, Sophie McGrath, Riannon Palmer, Danielle Wallington, Rebecca 🦩 Leppard, Dorcas Efayena, Freya Hickman, Eda Yazar,
I’ll be sharing more reflections and feedback from the evening soon, but here’s one handwritten note that really stayed with me. (I will post it in the comments)
If you’d love to be part of the next private conversation like this - comment below or send me a message.
We don’t know if or when the next one will be yet… but I have a feeling this is the beginning of something important.
Grateful 🙏
