Still taking it all in from Wednesday… 🥹 I honestly don’t have the words yet - but I didn’t want another day to go by without saying THANK YOU. On Wednesday evening, a group of founders all left their work desks/busy meetings for a private and very human conversation about the emotional and mental side of building a business powered by Plexal. Zero performance. Zero pretending. Just honesty, depth, and presence. And it was… beautiful! The level of openness, vulnerability, and generosity in that room was unlike anything I’ve seen in a long time, so many founders said it felt like therapy, a moment to finally breathe, reflect, and be seen beyond the metrics and milestones. I’m honestly so excited (and a little bit in awe) that this is finally happening😊 The Founder’s Mind, a private gathering on the emotional and human side of building a company. What started as a small idea has turned into a beautiful room of founders coming together with so much heart, honesty, openness and generosity, I cannot explain how deeply I’ve enjoyed curating this space - reaching out to people I’ve admired from afar, connecting human-to-human, and seeing how many founders genuinely want to show up, not just as CEOs, but as people!
