We asked Tiny Bullet if she has a favourite spot sheâs directed. She said it was too hard to choose, but added: âI really liked working on the Irish Vote Campaignâit was a nice change from my usual visual and comedy stuff, and let me focus more on performance.â

I swing from talking about silly stuff like giraffes (I love them) to existential conversations about the universe, consciousness, and aliens. We asked Tiny Bullet whatâs something, outside of commercials, that inspires her, this is what she said:
âKung Fu. I recently spent some time training to become a Kung Fu master on a remote mountain in northern Thailand. I recharge my batteries each year by traveling in Asia with my camera and sketchbook.
I really like the series of Monks that I discovered deep in the jungle.
Was trying to shoot (FILM !!!!) an elephant in a stream when my flip flop floated off down some waterfallsâchased it through the jungle, camera in hand, and stumbled on a group of young monks deep in the forest. Perfect light, such a magical moment⊠still no flip flop.â

Growing up as the daughter of a legendary sign writer, Tiny developed a keen eye for typography and a deep appreciation for craft. With a background in design, photography, and animation, she brings a hands-on approach to filmmaking, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed. Known for her vibrant filmmaking scenescapes and unforgettable characters, Tiny is a also master of off-beat humor and bold storytelling. Her work ranges from playfully rebellious ads to sharp, character-driven narratives, always offering a fresh perspective.
And when sheâs not behind the camera? Youâll probably find her keeping a close eye on the latest in football.

I kicked off 2025 as a student of Kung Fu, training at a martial arts camp in the mountains of northern Thailand.
Iâm not really sure why I felt the need to do this, what I was hoping to get out of it, or what I was expecting...
But that was a good thing, because this experience turned out to be beyond all imagination đ
A huge thank you to the instructors at Nam Yang Kung Fu who are dedicated to teaching their craft, the tea masters for their quirky tea break intermissions, and all the students who brought their positive, sparkly energy to the training mat. âš
Iâm especially grateful for my Kung Fu sisters, the women who teach and train at the retreat. I may not have survived the month without you. đđ»
Four weeks of intensive martial arts training came with a lot of bruises and muscle strain so a special shout out goes to my massage therapists, Dang and May, who untwisted and realigned my arms and shoulders every few days so I could keep training.
Itâs impossible to sum up the month in a social media post, but this experience gave me an unexpected epilogue to close out my second book, which Iâd already written and now hope to add to and polish before I start querying.
So, Instafriends, I guess Iâll tell you all about it if/when that book is published!
