A few months ago I asked who in Paisley I should film to highlight the positive work being done — and this person's name kept coming up !
What really stood out was how often he has been the driving force behind creating things.
From nights, venues and events, to spaces like Café 77 , he’s always been about bringing people together.
Now, that same drive has turned into Paisley Alive.
A chance to give something back to the town that shaped him.
That’s why Chapter 2 focuses on Scott McFarlane

So a few weeks ago I asked who I should film a video for to show the positive work they’re doing in Paisley and Ian from Glen Buns was mentioned more times than I can count.
What really stood out to me was the effort going into giving back, and creating something that genuinely puts smiles on people’s faces. That’s exactly the kind of energy this series is about.
That’s why Chapter 1 starts in Glenburn, Paisley.
Shining a light on local people doing good things, backed by the community itself. This one felt like a no-brainer. More chapters soon 👀

A project built through art, storytelling and creative expression. Working alongside renowned artist Calum Stevenson, we’ve created a garment inspired by both world. Combining Patchwrk’s design language with references taken from one of Calum’s original pieces.
This first film is an introduction to Calum, his journey through the art world and the creative mindset behind his work. The next chapter will show the full process behind how the garment was created.

A UK exclusive to V&A Dundee, this exhibition charts the dramatic evolution of the catwalk, from the private salons of the late 19th century to today’s immersive, live-streamed runway experiences.
