50% Chenin from the Loire, near Saumur.
50% Chardonnay from the Rhône, in Ardèche.
Trying to get the best of each place to express a unique taste of two distant terroirs.
Made by our favorite pastor: Sebastien David.
The Chardonnay is harvested and transported to the Loire to be blended with the Chenin at Sebastien's winery.
The Chenin brings the mineral, acidity and tautness while the chardonnay elevate the fruit profile and roundness. @hurluberluseb
