Spend the weekend with Keep Wines Johanna & Jack will be pouring at Wine Camp. Built on curiosity and a love for California’s overlooked corners, Keep works with old-vine sites across the state—Clarksburg, Lodi, and beyond. The wines are thoughtful without being heavy. Bright, balanced, and quietly expressive. Nothing overworked. Nothing overthought. Just a clear point of view and a steady hand. The kind of wines you come back to. — Wine Camp Saturday, May 16 • 1–4 PM Analog Reunion May 15–17 • Healdsburg, CA Tickets + details: cosmi.co

Jack loading a tank with Mourvedre from the Sierras. So far so good! 2024 grape phenols and numbers have been amazing! Fruit coming in slow and steady but ripening is completely varying from previous years, it has been a lot of monitoring vineyards, brix bouncing forward quickly and then settling backward. Patience and monitoring persistence is key for this vintage.

Delighted someone with Portugese roots likes our Albarino... One of our favorite wine writers, R.H. Drexel, included us on the top 50 Wines of 2022! Siren's call 🖤 #rhdrexel

Done and Done! Just barreled down our final lots of the 2022 harvest. We had another challenging harvest but with patience and experience we ended up picking grapes with perfectly balanced ph and sugars, now it’s our job to hang back and let the grapes do what they do. Cheers to 2022!

That time of year again, Elderflower Cordial waiting to macerate. Thank you @dwdroberts for your amazing recipe! We had this at our wedding and make it every Spring. First time making it in France, flowers look so fresh and grow wild everywhere here in Gascony. Added a blood orange to the mix, will let you know how it turns out
