Bradford Breakin History | Break Warriors Championship On Saturday the 2nd May, thirty-five students, parents and @cleannorthcrew members travelled to Derby together to attend the @breakwarriorschampionship event. This marked the largest group of Bboys & Bgirls we have ever taken to a battle outside of the city; a vision and milestone of Tech Styles & @tranquil_productions . From the early morning coach journey to the late night meal at Derby’s finest @factoryfoodcourt , the energy was through the roof, it was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. We are so happy with all of our students who battled, cyphered and represented Bradford to the fullest, especially @bboydexy who made it to the 11-16 Final. We pray that everyone continues to work hard and we can’t wait to see what happens in the coming months. BREAK CREATE POLLINATE is officially underway, with our first workshop completed yesterday! A huge thank you to everyone who came out to take part and show support. Special thanks to Ryoji for sharing so much valuable knowledge and insight throughout the session. We’re excited for what the next few days have in store - let’s go!

* Break Create Pollinate Project 2026 * We are so excited to announce that this week we will be hosting the 2026 edition of our Break Create Pollinate Project, with our newest artist in residence, @bboy_ryoji_j4f !! Bboy Ryoji, representing @just4funkcrew , is an incredible Bboy who will be bringing years worth of knowledge, battle experience & clean stylish footwork to Bradford to deliver some amazing workshops across 4 days. In the past we have welcomed @bboyliltim & @bboy_rodi for our artists’ in residence who have taken part in this amazing project and inspired the whole Bradford Breakin community. The first workshop is tonight and is OPEN to all Bboys & Bgirls! This will be followed by open training, which is free for anyone who does the workshop. We can’t wait to kick off this project and welcome not only a footwork master but also a global coffee champion to Bradford! * Breaker of the Year! * What a year it was for the Bradford scene in 2025. First of all, we want to congratulate our Breaker of the Months, who were: @bboyjonah , @milo3_008 , @bgirlammo , Bgirl Millie, @willhenry881 , @bboydexy , Bboy Wolverine & Bboy Idris! Well done to all that achieved the prestigious BOTM award last year, but without further ado our Breaker of the Year for 2025 is... BGIRL AMMO!!!! * The Easter Jam 2026 * We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who attended our annual Easter Jam. This was our first event of the year and it was a wonderful night full of battles, cyphers and unforgettable moments. A huge well done to TS FUTURES team for helping to organise and run the event, they did an absolute incredible job and the Bradford Breakin scene is in good hands! A big thank you to @breakinbook as well for donating some of our prizes. We also received a number of raffle donations from our parents & students, which we are incredibly grateful for. *** WINNER ANNOUNCMENT *** The winner of the Tech Styles 10 Captured In-motion competition is…. @wasiuxr6 !! 🏆Congratulations to Bboy Kuba!! After ten days, he racked up over 50 votes!! Thank you to all the contestants for getting involved in the Tech Styles Captured In-Motion competition and providing our photographer @caspertrilbyphotography with some amazing moments! A big thank you to everyone who took the time to vote. We appreciate you! Flare Like Bboy Rodi - Rockstar Crew! As part of our BREAK CREATE POLLINATE project, we asked Bboy Rodi from Rockstar Crew in Togo, Africa to give a step by step demonstration of how he does the flare, power move. Watch his 5 step process and learn some amazing tips and tricks to help you along the way. Don’t forget to practice multiple times a day if you want to achieve this high level power move! BREAK CREATE POLLINATE helps to connect with people from all around the world. We first connected with Bboy Rodi back in 2020 as part of Tech Styles Digital, which was a massive part of our work during lockdown. With a lot of faith and determination, thank God, Rodi was able to come to Bradford, UK for the first time to judge at Tech Styles 9 in 2024. Then for a second time in November 2025 he represented with his whole crew in the B.Tactical battles at Tech Styles 10. There is no denying their skill level and intense power moves, so we wanted to share this demo for people to see and be inspired.
