30 and T H R I V I N G✨ I’m feeling so grateful for everything and everyone in my life right now. Finding a way to bring people together and feeling Tiffany’s beautiful love and support made this the most magical birthday I’ve ever had.❤️‍🔥 For the past six months I’ve had a vision to co-create an event for my 30th birthday with @moyerism that would catalyze deeper connections within this community through love, sound, and extreme intentionality. I wanted to create something fresh that would impact people’s hearts. The event was truly magical and debuting some of the new upgrades to my sound system felt so affirming to the vision I have for creating an environment of authentic connection through otherworldly sound. What I wasn’t expecting, however, was the unfathomable outpouring of love and support that I received from Tiffany and the community. For the past 6 weeks I have been consumed with working my ass off to bring the beginnings of my dream sound system to life. I’ve been very stressed because of the cost associated with the components needed to achieve my vision. What I didn’t know was that Tiffany started a secret fundraiser within the community and raised $1,863 for my birthday. When she gave me the birthday card I was so flooded with feelings of love, support, and disbelief that I started ugly crying in front of everyone before I could finish reading the card. The love and support I receive from Tiffany is extraordinary and the support I feel from this community is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Thank you to everyone that helped or came out to the party. Your presence and love made it so special. Thank you to everyone that has donated to help bring my vision to life. I am feeling completely overwhelmed with gratitude.💛💛 The $2,000 goal that Tiffany set has almost been reached. Throwback to @_unison_fest_ ! Woowww reflecting back on these moments makes my heart sing. Between all the synchronicities and laughter and epic collabs, Unison just hit different last year. I hadn't happy-cried that many times in a single weekend in years. So much magic unfolded - including the birth of this beautiful collab with my friends @tannerforrest (Ximer) and Morgan Nilson (Mayvn). I called this set "Journey Back to Self". It's a dynamic journey moving through deep electrosoul and heavy bass into afrohouse and uplifting global beats - frequencies that came through as I was finding my way back. I spent months navigating the river of change, reconnecting with my nervous system, and finding safety in my body again. A year of loving you, a year of growing with you, a year of healing with you, a year of adventuring with you, and a year of creating magic with you has my heart glowing.❤️‍🔥 It’s amazing to me how falling in love with someone can completely change the course of your entire life in an instant. How one moment of pure laughter can be the spark for the deepest, most transformational love you may ever experience. To love you and be loved by you has been the greatest gift that life has ever given me. To be seen, understood, and accepted by you has been the most profoundly transformational experience I’ve ever had in my life. You are the most magical being to ever exist and I am so honored to call you my partner.✨ The past year together has been full of so many fun adventures together. We’ve traveled internationally, climbed huge mountains, stood on top of numerous big multipitch climbs, snorkeled and surfed in warm-water ocean, we’ve DJ’ed together, and have been a part of so many fun events, together. This weekend at Desert Reverie was nothing short of Legendary. Through community, dance, intention, and a sacred baptism of fire and desert dust, the Heart & Sol Sound System has been born.✨ This was my first main stage sound booking and it was so fulfilling to see my vision come to life and to hear everyone’s feedback about the system and how many people it touched. I truly believe that the sound system at a music-focused event plays one of the most integral roles because without a spectacular canvas, how can artists paint something truly spectacular? To be the canvas upon which @highstepsociety painted the most spectacular party moment the land has ever seen was utterly surreal. To be the canvas upon which every musical act painted their masterpieces this weekend feels so incredibly beautiful and fulfilling. My purpose in life is to create a sonic experience that will resonate in your soul for the rest of your life; to create an environment that facilitates deeper connection through the medium of sound. To see this manifest from the system’s first deployment has me elated and hungry to dive even deeper. I want to give a massive thank you to @desert_reverie_fest for believing in my vision, to @moyerism for her unwavering, foundational support and for being the true catalystt of this system coming to life, @thelandrocks for creating such an epic venue, to HOQS for creating such an amazing platform for elevating sound globally, and to the Moab community for all of your support and stoke.
