The legendary Josh Teed will be dropping eclectic bass with illustrious violin, our favorite bass cat Beat Kitty will be getting the dance floor LIT, and local heavy hitter This & That will be setting the vibe with tasty bass goodness. Our resident clown troupe The Order of the High Clowncil will be bringing their signature Bozoltar fortune teller booth in addition to all sorts of clowny and silly goodness.

Alive After 5 is Downtown Boise’s longest running free community concert series! Back in 1987, Alive After 5 was created to give Boiseans something fun to gather for on weekday nights when there wasn’t much else to do. Now, nearly four decades later, Downtown Boise is full of exciting dining, unique shopping, and fun events every day of the week. Alive After 5 is proud to be at the center of it all bringing a celebration of great local music to The Grove Plaza on Wednesday nights in June and July and proving that yes, Boise is still Alive and vibrant after 5pm.

Based out of Portland and New Orleans, they’ve been lighting up festival stages since 2015 alongside acts like Beats Antique, The Polish Ambassador, Zion I, and Dirtwire. Their sound doesn’t just invite you to dance… it insists.
